Plan:
Replace current 3180 testing machine at space 8 with new Dell machine, already on order for this purpose. The current machine has problems with the screen capture software that we need for awareness testing.
If the UCS machine is unlikely to require more administration than it currently gets, leave Melinda on it and have Jason use replaced machine from space 8 in conf room. (This is the same class of machine that Wendy, Aaron, and myself are using -- not quite as fast as the UCS machine but still modern.)
The ROLE GRA can use (or at least be on a machine attached to) the bridge server machine currently in space 4.
Let Jason, ROLE GRA, NAVCIITI GRA, and Melinda decide among spaces 1-4 in the list above.
Additional undergrads, etc... can be given access to machines in spaces 5-9, in that order -- probably best to leave machines 6 and 8 open to the extent possible, though having XP on these will at least make it easier to keep "clean" user accounts for testing.
