- Rather than ask people to bring stuff to the workshop, we should seek to get them involved in advance
- To facilitate an exchange of material ahead of the meeting
- So people arrive with some common ground
- We should generate items to share with them, to get them to comment on and respond back
- We want to know what courses they are teaching
- Generate a set of one-page documents on the materials we have already covered, post on coweb [Action: Con]
- Such as taxonomy discussion with links to HW and surveys
- We should ask participants to bring (send ahead) examples of example-based activities they currently use in their classes
